The laboratory furniture shall be modular in design, made of mainly 20 SWG CRCA/GI Sheet in panel form to get the best and full coverage of powder coating and in CKD – Completely Knocked Down construction so can be installed at site as per approved layout. Laboratory Modular Furniture includes Pedestal Frame Structure, Under Bench Storage Modules and Work Top / Surface.

Ergonomics: Offered with a height of 900mm for standing posture and 750mm for sitting posture

Understructure: 

• Completely made of 20 gauge CRCA/GI sheet, fabricated by precision shearing levelling, notching, piercing, and machines to achieve consolidated dimensions within close tolerances under the strict quality checks and assembled with the aid of fixtures

• Laser cutting of panels ensures smoothest of finishes to edges, reducing chances of sharp edges

• Exposed welding marks are polished smooth Improve aesthetic, whereas corner intersections are suitably aligned

• Shutters and drawer-front are aligned in the same plane

Epoxy Powder Coating: The furniture which has oil/grease/any other dust particle undergoes chemical cleaning by a 7-tank process. The air which is used in powder coating machine is clean free from dust, oil, moisture etc achieved by passing through various filters and dryers. The heating cycle is maintained in order to have maximum number cross linkages so as to give the best corrosion resistance.

• The edges have 1.5mm/2mm PVC edge banding for smoother edges

• Surface finishing is in 1mm laminate, 1.5mm or 2mm Acrylic, or even PU paint

• All hardware used in furniture are branded of reputed make

Detailing

• Ergonomics: Layouts and designs are in accordance with the optimal utilisation of space as well as utmost suitability of the design for the client

• Wire Management: Panels feature built-in raceways for separate management of voice, data, and power cables

• Glide Screws: Integrated levelers on partitions provide ±10mm to ±25mm of height adjustment for stability on uneven floors

• Assembly: carried out on-site to reduce cost of transportation, as well as ease of handling
